CocktailKombi rates start at $1200, and includes 1 bartender, before supplies, additional staff, and applicable taxes


 We happily travel throughout Colorado. Events beyond 25 miles from Denver may include a nominal travel fee.


Although we personally do not, your caterer is welcome to use the free space (if available) to display and offer food alongside our bar service. We are always open to creative ideas on how to make your vision come to life, so just ask.

We also have a phenomenal collaboration with Mahia Coffee & Bakery, another vintage bus, to bring you the same stellar experience in caffeine form.


 Alcohol laws vary by state and type of event, so in most cases the client provides the alcohol while we provide the professional bartending service, bar setup, and cocktail program guidance. We’re happy to help you calculate quantities and build a shopping list for your event. We can even pick up and handle returns at no charge.


  The CocktailKombi requires a relatively small footprint to operate comfortably. A flat area roughly the size of a standard parking space allows enough room for service and guest flow. 


  In most cases, no external utilities are required. The Kombi is designed to operate independently for typical events. If additional power or special setups are needed, we’ll coordinate those details ahead of time. 


 Popular dates—especially spring and fall wedding weekends—can book months in advance. We recommend reserving your date as soon as possible once your venue is secured.  


 CocktailKombi is perfect for weddings, rehearsal dinners, private parties, corporate events, brand activations, and festivals. We have even done a few backyard barbeques. If there’s a celebration, the Kombi fits right in. 


 Yes. Our bartenders are experienced professionals and we carry appropriate event insurance coverage 


 The Kombi can operate in light weather conditions, but we recommend planning for tenting or indoor placement if significant weather is expected. We’re happy to coordinate with your venue or planner.  


 To officially reserve your event date, we require a signed service agreement and a retainer. Once those are in place, your date is secured and we begin planning your bar experience.

Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.


 The Kombi is designed to efficiently serve events of many sizes. For most weddings and private events, we build the bar program and staffing to match your guest count so service stays smooth and wait times stay short. The "sweet spot" if you only want the Cocktailkombi, is 30-100 guests. No problem if your guest count is higher. We have additional hand built satellite bars that compliment the Kombi, and we are also in the process of building out a second bus.


 Yes. We regularly coordinate with planners, venues, and other vendors to make sure the bar service integrates seamlessly into your event timeline. We adore planners and coordinators that put the guest experience first.
